When you submit a technical support request through Publisher, the App may prepare system information to assist with troubleshooting, such as:

- macOS version

- installed memory
- CPU type and related hardware information
This information is presented as part of the support email prepared by Publisher so you can review and send it to us.
Purchase and Licensing Information
Purchases, subscriptions, license management, and related payment services may be processed by a third-party commerce provider such as Lemon Squeezy.
Payment information such as your complete credit card details is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not directly processed or stored by Publisher.
Website Information
Our website and hosting providers may automatically receive limited technical information normally associated with visiting a website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and access times.
If analytics or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
2. Your Plugin and Repository Data
Publisher works with plugin projects and repositories that you select on your Mac.
Publisher may access files and repository information necessary to perform actions you request, such as creating releases, validating plugins, preparing repositories, updating release documentation, and publishing to WordPress.org or GitHub.
Publisher is not intended to upload your source projects to Heavens Love LLC simply because you open or manage them within the App.
Publishing actions may transmit information to third-party services you intentionally connect to, including WordPress.org and GitHub, according to the actions you authorize.
3. Credentials
Publisher may use secure macOS technologies, including Keychain, to store supported credentials locally.
You are responsible for safeguarding your WordPress.org, GitHub, and other account credentials and for maintaining appropriate access permissions for connected services.
4. How We Use Information
Information we receive may be used to provide and maintain Publisher; process purchases and licensing; provide customer and technical support; diagnose problems; communicate important product, account, or service information; improve Publisher and our website; protect the security and integrity of our services; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

Publisher may interact with third-party services at your direction, including WordPress.org, GitHub, and our commerce or licensing provider.
Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Heavens Love LLC does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

Information stored locally by Publisher remains subject to the controls available within the App and macOS.

Subscription, billing, and purchase information may also be manageable through the customer portal provided by our commerce provider.
